Joseph Enzor is the founder and principal attorney of the firm. He holds both a Juris Doctor degree (J.D./2001 -- business law & intellectual property emphasis), and a Masters in Taxation (LL.M./2002 -- corporate & partnership tax emphasis).

Prior to starting the firm, Mr. Enzor was the General Counsel (and a Director) at a leading Denver-headquartered IT company, Global Technology Resources, Inc. (now Zivaro, Inc.). Zivaro's business focuses primarily on the design, installation and support of leading-edge IT systems and security applications in the Federal Government and Fortune 500 environments. As General Counsel, Mr. Enzor oversaw all legal operations of the company and, on an ongoing basis, was deeply involved in the company's government and commercial business acquisition processes (RFQ/RFP bid responses, contract development & negotiation, post-award compliance matters, etc.). He was also responsible for contractual aspects of the company's channel and vendor relationships, and managed the legal process associated with numerous business and asset acquisitions during a period of rapid growth.

Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Enzor was a senior level product line management executive in various highly-technical sectors of the telecommunications and computing systems and networks environment, with extensive Fortune 100, mid-market and startup company experience. He began his technology career with the ROLM Corporation (an IBM acquisition during his tenure), in Santa Clara, California, as a Senior Product Manager in its telecommunications Large Systems Division (PBX systems & related network/business applications). Subsequently, he served as a Director/Vice President-level product line management executive for other notable technology companies of that era, including ITT's Business & Consumer Communications Division (PBX/key systems/consumer telecom products), Micom Systems, Inc. (High-speed modems & multiplexors, mainframe connectivity products, VOIP), Tau-Tron, Inc. (Telecommunication networks test/measurement/monitoring equipment for U.S./international telcos), Data-Cache Corporation (a startup developing a mainframe-class, fully-distributed Sybase SQL-compliant server platform for credit card transaction-processing applications), and McData Corp. (High-speed IBM mainframe channel connectivity/extension devices).

With regard to community contributions, Mr. Enzor has been active in numerous non-profit organizations (in both an advisory and director capacity), including the Colorado Shakespeare Festival (one of the pre-eminent Shakespeare dramatic groups in the U.S.), Micro-Business Development Corp. (micro-loans for inner-city entrepreneurs), the Fitfrog Foundation (Nutrition/fitness programs for women and families in crisis) and the Loveland Ski Club (professional training programs for olympic-track youth downhill skiers). He also has provided pro bono services to startup and emerging-growth clients of the Blackstone Entrepreneurs Network (BEN)/Colorado (under the auspices of the Silicon Flatirons Center/CU Boulder).

When away from his desk, Joe can often be found hiking, fly fishing, camping or, generally, just hanging out somewhere along the front range of the Colorado Rockies.
