Joseph Enzor is the founder and principal attorney of the firm. He holds both a Juris Doctor degree (J.D./2001 -- business/commercial law & intellectual property emphasis), and a Masters in Taxation (LL.M./2002 -- corporate & partnership tax emphasis).

Joseph R. Enzor, P.C., as described within the pages of this website, was launched in 2003. And, during several years of his practice at the firm, Mr. Enzor also concurrently served as the General Counsel (and a Director) of Global Technology Resources, Inc. (now Zivaro, Inc.)., a leading Denver-headquartered Information Technology (IT) and consulting company focused on the design, installation and support of leading-edge IT systems and security applications in the Federal Government and Fortune 500 environments. As General Counsel, Mr. Enzor oversaw all legal operations of the company and, on an ongoing basis, was deeply involved in the company's government and commercial business acquisition processes (RFQ/RFP bid responses, contract development & negotiation, post-award compliance matters, etc.). He was also responsible for contractual aspects of the company's channel and vendor relationships, and managed the legal process associated with numerous business and asset acquisitions during a period of rapid growth.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Enzor was a senior-level product line management executive in various sectors of the telecom/datacom and computing systems environments, with extensive Fortune 100, mid-market and startup company experience. He began his technology career with the ROLM Corporation (an IBM acquisition during his tenure), in Santa Clara, California, as a Senior Product Manager in its PBX Large Systems Division. Subsequently, he served as a Director/C-level executive for other notable technology companies of that era, including ITT Corporation's Business & Consumer Communications Division (PBX/Key Systems), Micom Systems, Inc. (high-speed modems and IBM mainframe channel extenders/multiplexers), General Signal Corp's Tautron Systems, Inc. business unit (High-speed network test/measurement systems), Data-Cache Corporation (VC funded startup, developing a parallel-processing, mainframe-class transaction processing  SQL server), and McData Corp. (mainframe/server-to-network high speed connectivity devices).

With regard to community contributions, Mr. Enzor has been active in numerous non-profit organizations (in both an advisory and director capacity), including the Colorado Shakespeare Festival (one of the pre-eminent Shakespeare dramatic groups in the U.S.), Micro-Business Development Corp. (micro-loans for inner-city entrepreneurs), the Fitfrog Foundation (Nutrition/fitness programs for women and families in crisis) and the Loveland Ski Club (professional training programs for olympic-track youth downhill skiers). He also has provided pro bono services to numerous startup and emerging-growth clients of the Blackstone Entrepreneurs Network (BEN)/Colorado, under the auspices of the Silicon Flatirons Center/CU Boulder.

When away from his desk, Joe can often be found hiking, fly fishing or, generally, just hanging out somewhere along the front range of the Colorado Rockies.
